Living in the digital age has opened up more possibilities for Architecture than ever before!!

Based out of Prince Edward County, ON - my services are primarily remote based. We will work together to develop your floor plan through an interactive set of Screen Shares.

Some plans will require site visits, and I am available for that too!

I am a BCIN Qualified designer. I am qualified to do House and Small Buildings within the province of Ontario. I am able to do preliminary work outside of this region, although working with a qualified designer in your region is usually needed to obtain a local building permit.

New Home Construction

New Home Construction means plans that start 100% from scratch. Sometimes that means tearing down a home to build brand new one. New Home Construction Plans are 100% customization to your preference. You can start by customizing one of the models that I have created, or you maybe you have some ideas of your own to get started with. These plans can usually be developed 100% remotely - so you will get a first hand experience of the Architecture of your project.

A lot of Design & Build Companies formulate their business based off of the project management of the construction. I have found that some of my clients chose to manage the project by themselves due to the sheer cost of project management. For a fraction of the cost, I can help you coordinate your project, develop your budget, work with sub-trades and schedules, and help coordinate payments while constantly monitoring the overall budget to ensure that overages and underages and captured at the source so your project can run as smoothly as possible.

Renovations / Additions

Renovating a building is often preferred to tearing it down, because it means preserving our resources, and making the best of what we have. They are often tricky projects, and require a very thorough design process. This can sometimes mean multiple site visits to ensure that what you want is going to work.

Renovating or adding to an old home can be very challenging - and you have to ensure the building complies with today’s requirements. Sometimes those requirements can be 100 years apart.
